Readers of Caring Connections are invited to contribute any resources of interest to Pastoral Care. Examples of such resources include rituals, best practices modules, clinical pathways, devotional materials, and any other piece that may be of interest to Pastoral Care Providers. Caring Connections will form an online Library of such materials for the benefit of readers.

For a regular print, fold-over, stapled booklet (8.5 by 5.5 inch), first print a master copy of this pdf file, then photocopy using the 4 in 1 Booklet/Booklet Creation function. For durability and better appearance, print the cover separately, using a different color and/or heavier weight card stock.
